Every agency uses AI now. The question is who it works for.
AI is shaking up the agency world, and most agencies have adopted it.
Their designers move faster, their developers ship more, and their clients get better work for it. That part is real, and it’s good.
But look at where the AI sits: on the agency’s side of the desk.
The client still files the ticket, still waits in the queue, still pays for every change, because every change is what the retainer is made of. The tools belong to a new era. The deal still belongs to the old one, held in place because handing over control feels like handing over the retainer.
We’re going the other way, all the way. If your team wants to run your website with AI, we build it so they can: the code in your repository, your brand and our standards built into the rails, and your own agent doing the work. Not an agency using AI on your behalf. Your team, using it themselves.
We think that’s what this new era is for. The partners worth keeping will be the ones who made their clients more capable, not more dependent.

Note from the founder
Hi, I’m Rheed.
I’ve been building websites for more than ten years, most of them for software companies. I’m based in Auckland and I work with marketing teams across New Zealand, Australia, the US and the UK. I have a genuine soft spot for SaaS: the products, and the small marketing teams carrying a big weight on their backs.
Somewhere along the way I noticed I kept inheriting the same site. Five years old, nobody left who could change it safely, and a marketing team filing tickets for things they should have been able to do themselves that afternoon. I got tired of building things that ended up like that.
So this is what we do now. We build you a website you own outright, with the rules built in so it stays yours and stays on brand. We put your agent to work inside those rules so your team ships changes in hours. And we train your people until they genuinely don’t need us for the everyday.
I could use AI to make us faster and keep you in the ticket queue. I’d rather use it to take you out of it.
You’ll own it. Your team will run it. And I’ll be the person you call when you want to build the next thing.
